Welcome to Advantage

Advantage is a program run by the Australian Experiential Learning Centre (AELC). It is a branch of the organisation that provides work experience for students via social venture projects.

The Advantage Program is a membership program run with the specific aim of providing motivated students with an opportunity to develop and showcase their skills and talents through actively running a social business venture.

100's of volunteers work together to create work experience opportunities where they run state and national events and deliver training seminars that support youths in their aim to become the best they can possibly be.
